Refund policy
At MS Looks Like Me, all of our products are made-to-order. This means we begin printing and preparing your item only after your order is placed. This helps us reduce overproduction, avoid bulk waste, and create each item especially for you.
Because of this production process, our return policy differs from traditional retail stores.
Returns & Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged upon arrival
- You received the wrong item
To be eligible for a return:
- You must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- Proof of purchase is required

Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Please carefully review sizing charts and order details before completing your purchase.
Exchanges
As each item is printed on demand, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If your item qualifies due to defect or error, we will either:
- Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
- Issue a refund (if replacement is not possible)
Refunds
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will notify you by email.
If approved:
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method
- Please allow up to 10 business days for processing
- Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.
